Our US factories partners are specialised in knitwear and activewear by using GOTS and GRS certificated yarns and fabrics. With over 30 years of experience at manufacturing high quality garment from start to finish, the factories have full-service from cut and sew to GOTS and OCS certified garment dyeing. Recently, they innovated 60% Hemp and 40% Organic Cotton Jersey to reduce the 75% of water use and still keep the breathability, durability and soft touch of the T-shirt.
The dye house ensures that 99.8% of the dyeing process is using natural ingredients like salt, vinegar and baking soda. They aim to minimise the chemical use in the process. In addition, they covers the various dyeing techniques from the fibre to the garment stage. Our cut and sew partner also has an in-house screen printing, specialised in water-based, non toxic and GOTS ink and embroidery service. We care about the environment as much as you do, so we only work with the factories that they have the same value and make the world a better place.
