This factory was founded in 2010 is located in Dongguan city in China and specialises in sports and lifestyle apparel production. They have incredible capabilities in unique fabric treatments including, printing and embroidery.
We found this factory when we first started designing streetwear for our clients, the factory was a an impeccable partner with their professional way of working as well as their early experience in the industry for working with sustainable materials.
With the help of our lovely correspondent Janice at the factory, we got to understand more about how the assembly line works and expanded our knowledge on sourcing, techniques, fabric treatments etc.. in the mass production setting.
The factory is BSCI(Business Social Compliance Initiative) audited and are WCA(Workplace Conditions Assessment) certified. They are also ISO 9001 standard complied and assessed by SGS and TUV on general practice and quality assurance process. Over the years they have grown more and more familiar with sustainable materials, and have a great capability on sourcing and partnering with mills that offer recycled and organic materials. They are also always open to explore new designs, techniques and materials.
